Return Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
